Being a preacher can be a lonely task. There we are standing alone up front, we might not get a response or much feedback. It can be a real benefit to have others who can share with us in this task. I have enjoyed working together with preaching teams in various churches. In partnership with others, who are in the same boat, the preaching journey does not seem quite so lonely. At the Latvian Biblical Centre the School of Preachers course includes the experience of cluster groups, that meet regularly between the main seminars.

As the book of Proverbs puts it: "As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another" (Proverbs 27: 17).

Helpful feedback, humbly noted and applied will keep us sharp!
